Open Market Purchases

I couldn't find any open market common share purchases on SEDI (Insider Information by Issuer) for WIN since the SR was announced in late October. I am unaware of any restrictions that would prevent insiders (officers and directors) from purchasing shares during permitted buying periods. The only insider transactions reported during this period were a whack of DSU's issued by the Company in February.
