The Capital Markets segment is focused on serving global financial services clients and corporations with an array of buy-and sell-side, treasury, risk management and lending solutions. Its solutions include a variety of mission-critical buy-and sell-side applications for recordkeeping, data and analytics, trading and financing as well as corporate treasury and risk management applications.

Maybe I'm misreading your formula, but aren't you using 1% U308 at the moment? Check this link at 1:38 where Dev says the average in the Basin is 2%. And I think Fission is even above the average;
