Hopefully Management/Someone in Krygs reads this First and foremost, I'm a long holders in Stans. Beyond belief. However I cannot believe this stock and the Krygs government,
I hope Krygs suffer for this. I really do. They dont deserve the respect of the foreign investor and the country should pay the price. The country will be in poverty for years to come. The government had the opportunity to change this but corruption, greed and a lack and business accuen means Krys politics is no better than a bunch of five year olds. Seriously, I laugh now at the thought of their government. They cant save themselves. When there is an opportunity to make money and bring economic reform to the country, they dont want it. they're going to bugger up Centurra as well which provides 13% of their GDP. Stans could be similar if it was allowed to get off thr ground. The mine will shut and I hope a lot of people in the parties go to jail for corruption. Seriously I hope Russia overules them.... at least, there will be some sensible politicians and commands some respect. Even the Prime Minister hasnt stepped in to save the state of his country..... as they lose more and mroe money from lack of work in the mines. God help them when they try and nationalise and the country literally drops off the face of this earth. For god sake, anotehr government division sueing another government division. How much corruption is involved to stop this mine happening.
At the same time, I cant help but say that management have let shareholders time and time again down. Yes I understand it has been hard but before all this, they promised the PFS study about 4 times before all this happened (back in mid 2012) and no material has ever been delivered. Then it was about the potential Berrylium. Then they talk about BFS and then mroe discussions around JV - it never gets delivered. If they had delivered then, the share price/market cap would have seen its proper potential but would have dropped to a respectable level right now, however we're in a situation with a market cap of 10m e in a downward spiral. This shouldnt have happened!
I cant even be bothered to summarise the 20+ timeline events on top of this thats happened afterwards of bad news after bad but anyway thinking that we can get out of this mess is slightly diluted.
We're going to be held up in Arbitration for the next year while our cash flow deteriotes (2-4m left now max). And if we win, theres no way to extract the 128m from the government. I felt the amount they sued for was way too low as well.
I appreciate the government is a complete joke but at the same time, if management had delivered the early PFS results, then linked to the BFS and also announced/talked a bit more about join venture partners, at least our cap would be at about 150m. Or god sake, just talked a bit more about everything. People would be talking about getting this mine up and running.
I'll still holding but I watch from afar laughing at this pathetic state of a government and the lack of information management have released over the years.
At the same time, I hope we win Artibration and they can extract the cash quickly - otherwise we're shutting up shop.
I dont reallly know what to make of the recent prosecuters ruling. We shouldnt be punished for the processes of a previous government process/auction. Otherwise lets just retract history around he world.
Again shows there is backhanders happening from the Chinese to push this through and I hope the people all invloved go to Jail. Some polictian has just bought a new holiday home with that recent decision. I would love them to publish the evidence for public knoweldge with helped inform this decision for the people to see.
