Q4 Metrics

Q4 MetricsI anticipate the company to generate atleast $12.5 million in revenue for the quarter. It could be closer to $13 million depending on the exact numbers from the student housing pilot project. While it was officially announced in the new year, the longs on this board know that we've known that information for quite some time. We should also see a good bump in revenue as a result of the PAFSO strike in Q2 2013.

More important than revenue though will be the EBITDA. Just exactly how much fat can Andrew and company trim from the newly aquired schools? LOY acquired KGIC and KGIBC in Q3 2013, where it has revenue of about $25 million, and an EBITDA of only about $2.7 million. That's a margin of just over 10%. If Loyalist was successfully able to streamline KGIC in time for the last quarter of last year, it's possible to have acheived closer to $4 million EBITDA, which would bring Loyalist's earnings closer to $3.6 million for Q4 2013, and potentially even as high as $4 million.

Least to say those are the numbers that I have calculated and will be banking on.

Thoughts gang?
