RE:RE:New to this boardHadn't thought about the underground aspect, but that makes very good sense.
As for security, I happen to know someone who works in the commercial contracts section in a building supply store located in our Buckingham zone of interest.
It so happens that a local plant nursury store is also working the medical marijuana side and building an above ground storage facility. Due to the security concerns, it requires/will be built, with reinforced concrete that is above Bank grade. But it still will be above ground somewhere with I'm sure other security requirements to fulfil.
The other current article on SH is the comparison of mj with the .com bubble. I get his point but we never had an enterprise insufficiency at the start of the .com bubble. In other words, being on the WEB did not address a commercial shortfall, it only facilitated commerce. Whereas we've (countries) always had drug problems. Now we'll have bigger drug problems; only legal.
Medicinal use is politically correct. Just like casino's are legalized gambling institutions; I don't see too many of those shutting down.
I will only take ?? years before more states legalize recreational use or that Canada relaxes a few rules and some (not all) of these spec plays will turn out to have been visionary.
I hope CVN proves their business plan early.
