I am referring to the purchase of the McCowan properties in February ie 1Q 2014

I am also referring to 2 of the 4 cities as tertiary markets.

Primary markets: Toronto, Calgary, Vancouver
Secondary markets: Scarborough, Markham, Hamilton, London
Teriary markets: Northbay,  Kemptville etc.

Stock will linger in $5 territory until AFFO improves over and above distributions. The NOI is flat at best.

Give me just one reason to be bullish here and dream of $7+ prices, please. Just one numerical evidence. One. Not BS and hope and hype.
