Fennec Pharmaceuticals Inc. is a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on its product candidate PEDMARK. Look's to me like an investment newsletter or relations firm might pick this one up. If so, I have no problem with a little promotion with the right timing. Whenever positive phase 3 results are announced, you want to be exposed to as many investors as possible for maximum price leverage sustained momentum. Seen companies in the past announce positive results for a typical 2 - 3 day bounce, thats what happens when you don't properly prepare the market.
