Most mines do in fact loose money for the first and even second year in operation. But keep in mind ValueTV that HBK finds itself geographically situated in a position that will require incredible amounts of aggregate and FAST!!! NorthWest BC is going to explode and when that happens aggregate will be like gold when it comes to the infrastructure required to get the LNG teams in and functioning. HBK is in a much better position than any other mining company I can recall as far as start up is concerned. I am not sure the cost of road construction but I do believe its in the high hundreds of thousands per constructed kilometre. With HBK's location and amazing timing.... I cant seem to draw a comparison between HBK and other aggregate companies. Just an opinion and I am not here to argue. That being said I think you are trying to compare apples to oranges.
