They will get bought out at $10 per lb in the ground minimum.

So if you do the math that comes to $2.80 or so and that is without a bidding war.

As for the comparison of FDC and AMW, with a good discovery by FDC at 100% owned Clearwater (not guarateed) the math comparison comes to about $11 for FDC.

A discovery at NW Athabasca would have less leverage of course because they only own one third.
