Southern Pacific Resource Corp. is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the thermal production of heavy oil in Senlac, Saskatchewan on a property known as STP-Senlac, and thermal production of bitumen on a property located in the Athabasca region of Alberta known as STP-McKay, as well as exploration for and development of in-situ oil sands in the Athabasca region of Alberta. Its STP-McKay property consists of oil sands leases totaling approximately 37,760 acres. The Company’s operations also include Anzac, Hangingstone and Ells. The Company’s STP-McKay property is located approximately 45 kilometers northwest Ft. McMurray. The Anzac project covers approximately 117 kilometers of two-dimensional (2D) seismic. The Company owns 80% interest in Hangingstone project. The Ells project covers approximately 164 kilometers of two-dimensional (2D) seismic.

RE:RE:RE:RE:interest payments -$15 million interest payment per year??I agree there definately is no shortage of Bullboard trashing appears on many of the Stockhouse boards. The lack of bashing / pumping / dumping is one of the many reasons, I so enjoy participating in this bullboard.

I started investing last year with little to no investment experience whatsoever. Since Oct of last year I have been a stockholder of STP. It has not always been fun and there were times when I'm sure my wife wanted to kill me for making mistake after mistake and yet again making another one.

I'm afraid to admit for fear of public shaming, how far upside down I got, for falling in love with this stock. I was able to cut some of those losses by averaging down over the last 5 months. It now appears that I am very close to breaking even soon and over time, will probably ended up making a pretty solid ROI.

I am grateful to all the investors who post on this bullboard on a regular basis. I have learned a lot from all of you and thank you all for that. There are so many people here who are very helpful and so willing to help educate us all. To name a few ... Shat, nikehercules, Awarded, EyeInvestor, himmler, Zanadu123, & countless others.
