RE:RE:Adrammelech = StockExpertPro?
Adrammelech if you were SEPtic, I would have muted you a long time ago.

I also have to say, I have the very same concerns as you. Dundee Capital won't waste time on small time investments. They look out for long life profitable revenue streams and WOF(IMO) meets that criteria. The potential reality now is that they will take control of this company and eventually take it private over the next 2 years (if not sooner).

Sure we will see some capital gain, but no where near what we could potentially get.

On the flip side of the coin is Buffet. He likes his investments paying a dividend which funds his additional investments. If WOF is very profitable, he will buy it out. But he generally waits until all the kinks are worked out, so WOF will be a target after it get to production. But as both you & I have stated, Dundee's objective is (most likely), to take over before it gets to production (as they seem to be the only purchaser of newly issued securities). Hence, the only winner of a potential Buffet takeover will be Dundee.

On the same token, what I find ironic is that these are the potential under currents which imply significant SP appreciation, but the SP languishes at these low levels. By the time everyone wakes up and smells the coffee, it may be too late.  I sincerely  hope the new CEO will start marketing WOF so that Dundee will not take this company away from us retail shareholders for a song & a dance.
