Farim is a phosphate mine project located in Farim, Guinea-Bissau. Santana is a vertically integrated high-grade phosphate mine and fertilizer plant project located in Para, Brazil. Araxa is a vertically integrated rare earth element and niobium mine and extraction plant project located in Minas Gerais, Brazil.

joshmatt .... why don't you tell everyone the whole store .... not just the part that you think will instill panic into the retail masses ....B&A MINERACAO SA as of 2014-03-25 still owns 18,183,440 common shares of this company, all they've done is sell a small portion of their position!
