I guess if Woulfe went private that means that they have to buy out our shares?
No, though it would make it easier. Remember that Sangdong is a subsidiary of Woulfe mining that could be sold to a third party through a board decision WITHOUT the input of common shareholders (hence the "give us the preferred shares so we can vote you away, and that's if you don't just simply grant us absolute control of the BOD)

How do they come up with the price they would have to pay us? Thanks in advance, Chizzles

You mean IF they decided to pay us.
They'd most likely just make up a number and then pay out SOME of that as a dividend, so it isn't that you may get $0.30 for Woulfe stock, but they may split the companies, they may do it as a sale and dividend, or they may just sell it under the table to IMC and receive handsome bonuses later. Goodman probablby has a case of Buffett Worship if not Buffett Envy and feels this might grease the way for other days, he may throw us under the tracks for a dinner engagement.
