OK I have had a day that's also makes me want to just go sleep but Iam going to give it kinda short form.. I called Stan Kimball Manager of Knox Opportunity Fund in our News report he told me that they have been invested in EPM since 2008 and they want to keep holding EPM the laws required them to switch to nonvoting shares, I also said you know TATA has been here a long time too and a friendly share holder investor a company with a 100 Billion Dollar a year Revenue and has been a friendly investor Also EPM WAS evaluated at 2.00 back in 2011 by TATA. Stans Reply was exactly a reason why we want to stay invested but no we are not in any way involved except for investment and we are not aware of any buy out.. My own take is these things go on so no one can back door and take over.. Have Good Night and Rest Easy...Mike
