Zero Validity - just a PUMP

Zero Validity - just a PUMPIf there was any truth to all of the paid for Pump articles, then all directors would be in a black out period or a restricted period and NOT be able to sell any shares on insider news.

David Hodge is both a director of WPX and a director of Zimtu capital Corp (who is getting paid to pump the story) and is selling stock in the last week (as disclosed on insider reports).   Seems a little fishy to me.

Do your DD on Zimtu Capital Corp and find the association.   If Zimtu received shares for services then those shares are probably already in some elses hands and they don't have to be reported as insider sales..
