management was promising a higher dividend thru 2014 and reneged on that in 2012. Cut the stock price by about 40% almost immediately? Stock never recovered.

So lack of management credibility is one thing not to like.

I live on the other side of the big lake (Ontario) and am fascinated just counting construction cranes outside my hotel window on visits.

How does Toronto get their power. Is it mostly municipal power?
I can't seem to find the power company that would tap into this explosive growth.
Any ideas?
