RE:RE:What is happening

RE:RE:What is happeningI have been told there is some question as to what the purpose behind my last post was; it's not really that complicated. I am in touch with a number of different shareholders and I was simply pointing out that at the moment no one really seems to know for sure what's going on and that there is a lot of story being bantered about, with very little fact as opposed to suppostion backing it up.

Because this management group has promised a lot and delivered nothing thus far, there is little trust in what they are telling people, so even though we have heard some "plan" discussion few are putting a lot of stock in its validity. Then there is the extended period of time that has passed with no tangible change other than losing the TSX listing, and that has caused the generation of all sorts of rumors; however, very little factual discussion.

My best available intel suggests there really is a deal; however, details as to the magnitude / quality of it or the impact it will have on the existing shareholder base are sketchy at best. The 5-1 will unquestionably be executed when the (or "a") new deal is consummated, I expect there will be some form of shares for debt settlement executed after the rollback, and I would expect there to be some form of retro remuneration for management, minimum of an options grant if nothing else.

I would love to be able to share details, but I simply don't have verifiable factual data to share.

Salut,
Leigh McBain
