Co's re certainly starting to be very proactive against people that criticize them or their mgmt. I certainly am NOT defending bashers but if I remember correctly , many Augen shareholders were quite peeved at the buyout price of Augen. Maybe these people had something to complain about taking into consideration what happened at the end. If other LSG BB people remember the circumstances maybe they can add their thoughts and comments on the subject of Augen and its buyout price. And I do realize that this is the LSG BB but since baranja has raised this issue with his post I don't see any harm in some insightful dialogue. Best as Always, HARJAY
