Maybe most didn't read the whole article, but you should note that Tesla is already buying Cobalt via Sumitomo's cobalt mine in the Philippines.  I am really stating to see the linkages mesh together.  If Sumitomo is already established and supplying strategic raw materials to Tesla, is makes all the sense in the world for them to push our graphene/graphite/lithium and all related IP technology, especially when they are currently buying synthetic from overseas and looking to reduce costs and relatable pollution from 'logistics'.  Bloody Brilliant.  See the article, near the end when they are mentioning Cobalt as an input.  Am I wrong to think this is the same corporation?
