I don't think its the size of the pie, because the sizes were stated in the original agreement. hard to think they are renogotiating the sizes because ScanMag is already getting half of the mine. Unless they are negotiating the full or part of the company as a whole, but I highly doubt it

I don't think its the source of the money. because why would NVM have an issue with where the money is coming from!

I think it is about the wheels. "What gets done first and where does the money (which they don't have yet lool) gets spent" I think NVM is trying to develop the mine and ScanMag looking for more money spent on the facility in Europe.

if it doesn't happen this month, it won't happen. They might get another financer outside the scanmag deal, but it won't be a deal of this type.

I am more on the optimistic side and I think this will finalize this week. and 5.5 cents is a frkn steal.
