How significant is the improvement?

How significant is the improvement?I am wondering how the expanded capacity of the Mildred mine train project would this position  COS in the future.  Is it possible that they may be  prototyping  a process to produce raw bitumen from the mine for the purpose of shipment.

Does the upgrade of the mine trans and improvement in the frothing process give COS the capacity to produce excess Bitumen, is that 20% of 350,000 boe a day?

To date is sounds like the bottle neck has been their ability to produce Bitumen, what if that bottle neck is removed, how will that impact production and what form will future production -take...

Any thoughts.....
