Just thinking about the stock and the fact that COS does not even trade for the replacement value of the plant, what would happen if they suggested and expanision and put a little futures into the stock. They likely have 100 years + of reserves (40 years p+p) what if they said their plan was to produce 700k boe a day,

How do you get a operational project to acheive full evaluation, that is the question management should ask themselves, and thats the question they owe she shareholders an answer too.

Would you build another plant when your current plant is not evaluated at its replacement costs?
