Basically explains why FCO jumped 27% today and why GCO isn't moving. Gigafactory is a bust for GCO. So much for that.

Not sure why GCO would email folks about that creating fear unnecessarly. Regardless, if they did, it shows, they're not concerned as sharp mentioned, China and the rest of the world hasn't gone anywhere. Easpring/Panasonic, the rest of the grid battery storage market,,, I wonder where their factories are? China... and China is now on an enviromentally friendly kick... so getting their cobalt from Russia works out well, yes. :)
