No update on the preferreds. Will they need to settle the liability before selling the company.


I took a look at the SEDAR stuff and I don't understand much of the reports. It looks like they want to buy out the notes with some sort of deal for the trust units where I think the hard assets would stay with the company.  Like maybe offering common shares for the notes. If they sell hard assests, they have cash, this cash goes to the preferreds first in my opinion because they are an immediate liability. The notes don't come due untill 2016 so it's not an immdeiate liability; unless there are covenants attached to the notes hindering a sale of assets.
