Foggy's reversal

Foggy's reversalI actually forgot about Christmas time, in the midst of tax loss selling, Foggy apparently got liquored up one night and claimed to have taken a tenative long position, only to completely baffle everyone day's later and change his tune, stating again, as usual, his conditions weren't met and he wasn't actually a buyer.

RE:RE:RE:litigation

I never heard of CCB until a few weeks ago when my cousin was talking about Penny stocks at a family gathering here in upstate NY. Anyways he talked about this interesting Canadian company called CCB where the CEO actually posts on a public investor forum. My interest was aroused and so I decided to see for myself and here I am. This forum is even more interesting than he described it. I managed a private family trust for many years and the board would never have allowed me to consider penny stocks. So I know very little about the small cap sector.

I think the CEO is assuming nobody will mount a defense and take it to court. If that happens, the company might not survive. I understand from my research that Canadian courts often award defense costs plus a punitive award if the prosecution loses and the judge thinks the case was frivolous. I can't imagine the CEO wanting to be called to the witness stand by the defense and be forced to testify under oath about those comments he made on this board and if any poster like GreenField is associated with the company. I agree counter suits would be likely and not just against the company.

I know I said I wouldn't buy at 16 or below but I decided to dip my toe in a bit on this small pullback today. I usually buy in tranches but this first buy is more like a quarter tranche since it is my first penny stock purchase. If more drill results come soon and they are decent. I'll wade into the water a little deeper.

Maybe I should be asking Bobi to post more often so I can load up at much lower prices? I think I may have been a little too harsh on that woman. I'm goin' to reconsider my impression of Bobi. She might be of more help to my investments here than I realized.

RE:LMAO

The situation...I say the situation with the fallin' price is no laughing matter Threshold. Does anybody here know the plural form of Dufus? Now I know...I say I know Doofus is the slang equivalent of Dufus and the plural of that term is Doofuses but I'm wonderin' if the plural of Dufus is Dufi or Dufuses. I want to be usin' the correct terms when I'm describing posters like Schmid and Threshold and Bobi and the rest of their crew who spend most of their time trashin' other posters instead of puttin' their focus on the merits of the company and it's Miller property. When they insult other posters it's hurtin' the share price. The proof of the destruction they are causin' can be seen in how the share price is droppin' every day this week and it's down another 6.67% again today because of those lawsuit threats yesterday. Every threat is followed by a price drop. What's it goin' to take before you dufus peoples see the light? I fear if they don't scale back on the lawsuit threats the share price could be at 10 soon. I'm only a buyer if the price is movin' up.
