you should have received a Notice around march 3, the shareholder meeting/vote was March31, with the courts giving their approval.
RPL will be delisted and your shares via your broker will be exchanged 1 share of SPE at x 0,5625 share RPL, according to my broker this will take approx one week.

You shoud get approx 73125 shares
