Flow... I am not worried about this company going to production. I am concerned about shareholder dilution. The last thing I want to see is Dundee owning 51% of the O/S and then propose to take this company private for $0.30 - $0.40 a share.

The only way to prevent a low share price takeover from happening is marketing and regular news releases. The company web site is a good starting point.
