RE:Break out above $1:50 would be very bullish.Most REITs pay a dividend..... and have positive cash flow...L has a long way to go imho. I doubt anyone could do a buyout given the ownership position of the president... he would have to want it to happen and he hasn't been interested so far.... all imho.
