Lundin Says Buy GoGold

Lundin Says Buy GoGold

For all of us U.S. shareholders, we will be getting cash for our Animas shares and will be receiving our GoGold shares in 3-4 weeks. We'll have to decide whether to hold or sell those GoGold shares. Given how GoGold has paused in it's strong upward movement recently, I suspect our Canadian friends who had already received their GoGold shares have been selling. I might hold until GoGOld goes into production!

Brien Lundin, in the March, 2014, edition of the Gold Newsletter, says buy GoGold Resources Inc., recently $1.50. Mr. Lundin said buy GoGold three times between March, 2012, and August, 2013, at prices ranging from $1.29 to $1.60. Assuming a $1,000 investment for each of the three buys, the $3,000 position is now worth $3,048. The company expects to start production at its Parral tailings project in Mexico this May. Mr. Lundin says the company's heap leach plant is about 60-per-cent complete. As well, power lines are going up and GoGold has received delivery of about half the steel it needs to complete the project. The newsletter editor says Parral should provide a steady source of cash flow for GoGold while it explores and develops other projects in Mexico. Mr. Lundin reminds his readers that he believes GoGold has talented management, led by president Terence Coughlan. The company remains a buy at current levels.
