Synodon Inc. (Synodon) is a Canada-based company focused on providing aerial integrity management solutions for oil and gas pipeline operators. The Company has developed a remote gas sensing instrument called realSens that is capable of detecting ground-level hydrocarbon gas occurrences from an aircraft flying at an altitude of approximately 300 meters (approximately 1,000 feet). The instrument contains a high definition photographic camera, a thermal camera, laser altimeter, global positioning system (GPS)/inertial navigation system (INS) system, on-board computer, control unit, power supply and an in-cockpit display system. It offers airborne pipeline integrity management services to operators of oil and gas pipelines, which include leak detection, pipeline threat assessment, Right-of-Way (R0W) change and slope analysis, tree canopy encroachment, water crossing analysis (including three-dimensional (3-D) water crossings analysis) and pipeline location classification services.

Well, that was pretty sleazy Sir Hollar--the chart you posted was misleading to say the least.
The insider sale was made on March 21, not April 1 as your post implies, and for only 0.35, not even close to its recent high..
I'm looking for an re-entry point myself--this stock has great potential--but you'd better close your short position soon and while your at it stop tryig to mislead people with your photoshopped charts.
It just makes you look like a desparate sleazeball.

Business Overview

Synodon Inc. is a remote sensing technology company. The Company has developed a platform technology called realSens (Technology) that is capable of measuring small ground-level gas concentrations from an aircraft flying up to 300 meters in altitude. The Technology is designed to be capable of passively and remotely sensing ground-level concentrations of a range of gases, such as methane, ethane and other hydrocarbon based gases, as well as ammonia, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides. The applications for realSens are very broad as it could be applied to various circumstances that require the remote measurement of ground-level gas concentrations such as: hydrocarbon emissions, pollution monitoring, industrial emission inventory, hazardous gas monitoring during emergencies, greenhouse gas emission inventory, illegal drug manufacturing detection, chemical weapon monitoring and other military and security based applications.
