As with most of the products, they gave it away trying to add connections to their network, in the hopes that some magical exponential interconnection effect would take place. The Finning income won't even come close to the cost of the development work that went into implementing it.

They've been promising break even for something like 3 years, but your can take the conference call as the gospel if you please. Thats intelligence. What do you think they're going to say in the conference call? Things suck and we can't figure out how to cut the bottom line in any meaningful way? I'm guessing not.

Bottom line: 1.3M loss last quarter + 2.5M left in the bank = running out of time = time to get bent over when you ask for more money.

You never answered why the price had to run down 50% to raise more money. Why did the CEO of Cormark buy 1/3 of the shares himself. That  tells me the price was dirt cheap and Cortex has no levereage whatsoever. Its called no other options.
