Full of failed expectations. For exampe, expected to start truck BL ore to QR mile in March with first dore bar pour by end of March.

Now lets see... it is well past the end of March.... so where is the news release on that dore bar pour, including some stats on the recovery of BL gold... 

Oh, no, are we in a call Houston problem space... perhaps recovery of BL gold was *isspoor?  Or, on no, trucking permits not available?  What is the news...

Also noticed that Frank said insiders were expected to participate in the PP. But no mention of levels of participation... Did Frank buy a million?
