I was informed that SRK reviewed all of the details and confirmed everything as being done correctly so that unknown company must be reputable.  As far as what the proprietary technology they used and how WAi will resolve this could not be stated.  Not even sure if WAI knew about the company using this 'proprietary technology' - I never asked that question - not sure of the terms of the agreement between WAI and this company either as that could not be disclosed.  It was just stated as being a near to mid term issue in terms of when it would be resolved - no specific time frame could be stated.
