Thanks for finding and posting financial statement footnote.  With that information in hand and as you suggest if they pay all or most of it in q1 the working capital adjustment that is used in  Namsoc's estimate and ignored in mine are substantially over optimistic on cash burn for the quarter.  Managing their payable from last year, now it's time to pay up.  Shouldn't be any big deal  the liabilities have been reported and therefore reflected in the share price.
