RE:RE:RE:I don't think they were "f'd"PSF... I have a copyright on the theory of intentionally tanking the company and handing it (MCNA or whatever the nom de Jour is) to Endo/Paladin... Of course it is just a theory.

We should be honest in saying that Bioniche has never discriminated in who their ineptitude has ended up screwing. Anybody and everybody that has ever touched this stock is a loser. The exceptions (other than bankers and many current managers) or winners coming out of this tire fire can be counted on one hand. Everybody, at every level, has lost.

Every financing in the last  7 or 8 years has been a disaster. The Australian venture was a disaster squared. This latest financing, providing minimal cash with maximum dilution, was a fn travesty...Everybody who has bought into the Bioniche scheme has been a loser, with the exception of very few.

I have voted yes for no other reason than I am hoping that a simpler, cleaner operation can be more quickly sold for peanuts like Animal Health, or wound down.

We are coming up to the one year anniversary of Bioniche's Glory Days... can anybody repost the chart of losses and Shareholder Value Destruction.... Nothing has changed! Other than the former CEO, what other managers of the Bioniche dumpster fire has been let go? Nothing has changed!
