AND we still have some buying opportunity left before what I assume will be a short halt to announce the completion of said FINANCING.

Would I be correct in that assessment? 

I also assume that the financing NR will include greater deail on how the funds will be allocated.

So, we are clear of warrants at the end of todays trading session, correct?
