TDInteresting TD has been a big time seller all morning!
As far as the warrants are concerned, I think the April 4th warrants are not really in play anymore...especially with over 5 million shares traded during the last 2 weeks.
This news release this morning is fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!
Need to do a little more DD regarding it. Why does the conversion price go down over time?? Never seen a convertible debenture structured this way. If anything...you would expect over time the conversion price to go up! Could be the company expects to be bought out over the next year? JMHOs. DDYD.
