however you are correct in one aspect, the share price is what market decide, and there is nothing me or you, or the hater Techsavy  can do about that  ...  

when I am saying that I consider ARW it is undervalued, that is my opinion only, based on my own DD  ...   I can see continue improving of assets, production/reserves increase, cost reduction, bank debt reduction, and no dilution ... all good things ...
