Yaponski, is the PP not over now...wasnt the extension to April 1st....or does this go until filled...?

Also, what is behind your theory or basis for the big 'drop' once the PP closes....if it is not already closed...?

Boss,
Good question. Maybe the PP is over even though it didn't hit the number. I really don't know.

I have no theory to explain the expected drop after a PP closes for a company in situation like that of BGM today.  But that doesn't mean it won't happen. In fact, if you do the stats, you'll find that a price drop is a phenomenological event that occurs with a very high probability when an explorer or developer does a private placement, with less frequency in a hot gold market and with a nuch higher frequency when the gold bear roars.

Perhaps today's BGM drop can be attributed to the normal market action when a PP closes.

Perhaps you'll argue that BGM is indeed already a producer. Well if that is your opinion then good luck to you too :)
