RE:RE:RE:HBK driving PLS?firebug: I think HBK has been thinly traded - so its hard for a possible acquirer to get a footing on a share registry by normal - day-to-day trading. I'd argue that an acquirer would want to see the business, with permts, customer contracts, and production established (and product quality established) - and then a company to company discussion would take place - based on a fair market pricing of reserves. Sure, shareholder would benefit from this scenario - but dont expect an acquirer to pick at undervalued shares.
