Aurcana Silver Corporation is a Canada-based company, which is engaged in the exploration, development, and operation of natural resource properties. The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

Well I'm not confused at all,lenny is boxed in a corner,how can he make new deal look good to everyone,well he has to to keep them unearned paychecks commin in.Before the last agm things just fine,after not so good,but he kept his job so how is he gonna screw small shareholder this time,devil in the details.Ya gonna let this guy do it again?He's got to do something for big holders who are probably not happy with the losses.Lets remember who got us in this mess.As far as threats I have not seen any,maybe Matt could post the dates.AS far as whining can you blame them?I remember someone talking about theft of shares,is that whining?During the last year have seen lots of new commenters and if they own shares I hope they seen the light.Never sold one of my shares ,did average down some.When you think about it the company has it all except,well ya know.
