Airlines and Gold Miners

Are both under the shadow of the USD strength, as it's gaining a lot of momentum to the upside lately.

The weakness of CAD vs USD would probably be extended to sometime in 2016, provided ther will be no stockmarket crash in the US.

Difference is when the market crashes, airline stocks crash too while gold price will be up.

So the only thing AC can do to save itself just like the gold miners is to cut down the cost and improve the profit margin and balance sheet, all of these can only be officially proved through the qtr reports.
