Why would anyone buy this company? It's a shell. There's no real asset in the company outside the voucher which is probably for sale anyways

It trades at a ridiculous infinite multiple valuation given there's no real cash flow or assets.

Why do you just say stupid / uneducated things without thinking ?

Why should a shell with only cash as it's assets and a 100M of TEV ascribed to it be taken out for a premium???? the TEV of the company is trading at ~100M because of the management team.
