The Company serves various industries, such as defense, aerospace, automotive, telecommunications, precision manufacturing, and others. The Company has two divisions: Copper Alloy and Engineered Materials. The Copper Alloys division manufactures and distributes a variety of copper alloys as castings and forgings, including beryllium copper, chrome copper, and aluminum bronze. The Engineered Materials division makes the Beralcast family of alloys, which can be precision cast and are used in an increasing number of defense, aerospace, and other systems, including the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. The Company’s products include Beryllium-Aluminum Castings, Beryllium Alloys, Copper Alloy Castings & Forgings, Copper Alloy Fabricated Shapes, Tolling Services and Consulting and Thermal Mold Super. It has production facilities in Indiana and Massachusetts.

Hi Luc,

I spoke with management and they don’t have a poison pill in place at the moment. The company has investigated this in the past. If IBC and its legal counsel decides to move forward with a shareholder rights plan, it will be press released.
