The map has coordinates.  It was created using coordinates.

It speaks to the jurisdictional mess in Colombia that MAD would publish a map and then to say the map shouldn't be relied upon.

They did the same thing in July 2013.

They issued 9 million hectares of new restriction zones (completely overprinting many previously granted concessions, placing a number of already suffering juniors in further limbo), and then almost immediately reduced it to 4 million.

They have never bothered to publish the digital coordinates (beyond their map) of these restriction zones.

They are a completely incompetent agency … yet all-powerful and unchallenged.  I doubt they will publish anything beyond the April 2 map.
