I am in agreement too.... I was thinking the second round of financing of $2m-$5m would come some time before September, but now I am thinking the financing will be done some time in May...

"Sell in May.... and Go Away"..... Perhaps they are counting on this old adage for further share price depression, to time their financing.

.....this is speculation on my part, but I am sure their is some truth to it.
