aquarius    the people that matter are in toronto  and can take  a piece of junk stock  and make it go from 10 cents    to  3 dollards  and then send it back to  10 cents    so  novx21 is for real  and should go up slowly as they  improve business get contracts ect    but what will probably happen is quick rise  too far up  like  3 or 4  bucks  and  then back  to where it would makre sens with their revenues   like maybe  $1.25  to $ 2      once they have revenues       $2 would give them market cap  $200  million
