RE:The stench that won't go away...
Do you mean the stench of arrogance, disrespect and palatable contempt of shareholders that we have endured from the previous management team.
Yeah, it is unfortunate that the new CEO has to operate under the same cloud, but that is to be expected when the company has been brought to its knees as Bioniche has. Who knew that Bioniche was in a severe financial position? Until we recently heard the truth, I thought that Bioncihe was all roses...Interest rates were no object, of no concern! The only reason that they were selling Animal Health was that they were positively shocked at its market value after being approached by Evercore...What a load of BS! It was/is being sold to keep the Fn lights on and the taps running.
Without digressing incessantly, I appreciate the newsflow, as insignificant to the share price as it has been, but I think most are still waiting to see something comprehensive on the validity of the cancer treatment that we are being asked to wager 12 months remaining cash on. While it is nice to hear the CEO values this at 200 mil, the market and every investor here, values it at slightly less than a used Caravan.
Rather than waste resources on "independent" valuations of Animal Health to justify a yes vote, get an "independent" valuation on all we have left to bank on. WTF is this mysterious, completely anonymous technology really worth?
Better yet, make some headway with it for F sakes! All we know is that Urocidin failed in front of the FDA again. Failure, Failure,Failure. It is G Damned nearly impossible to fail at everything, but the art of Failure has been mastered here. Is it asking too much to issue one Fn news release demonstrating a miniscule progression towards success with this God Forsaken cancer drug?
