What was the volume as of 10 AM?

I guess reading comprehensive isn't one of your strong suites. He recommendED this stock could mean he already has done so and they've already bought up a position prior to this morning. Then again, i'm pretty skeptical of what Rock said based on the volume this morning. Wonder if he was looking to flip this morning and his plan just failed him.
