Based on the 2011 financials the Company had declining revenues and limited resources under the previous Board. The new Board raised the funds to get the Johnex project done. It is likely the project was initiated before 2010 and was delayed due to the inabilities of the previous Board. Johnex was in fact financed, built and completed under the new Board.
